I ordered a Alternating pressure mattress from Planet Mobility on August 24th the operator told me I would receive it in 5 to 7 days on the 29th I called them to find out why I had not received my order. The lady checked my address and stated that my order shipped however they had the wrong address on file. She agreed to ship another one right away however she would not ship it overnight as I requested. I did not get my order until the 5th of September.

On behalf of the Morey Povich Show and Mr. & Mrs. Slavic we would like to extend our gratitude to both Michael Woods and Planet Mobility. Our show contacted Planet Mobility regarding the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Slavic who has a very rare disease that causes her whole body to develop boils on her skin and has confined her to a wheelchair. We were looking for a company that would be willing to donate a wheelchair assessable van to the Slavic family as they were not able to afford one themselves. After several phone calls to many companies Planet Mobility agreed to donate this vehicle and made a little girls dream come true on April 23rd 2008. A great big thumbs up from the Morey Povich Show.

The Wright Thing

When I received my Planet Mobility scooter it was damaged by UPS. I called them and they shipped me a replacement in time for my trip to Barbados. Because of my Planet Mobility scooter, I have been able to enjoy vacations from Florida to the Alaskan coast. Whether touring on an Alaskan cruise, or enjoying e boardwalk at the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary in Naples, Florida, my scooter now has always been reliable and convenient transportation. Planet Mobility did the Wright thing for me.
